How are you giving yourself permission to fail?

Great 4 days taking my personal time off to train 22 new coaches on the Fundamentals of Coaching. Our global leadership team from Israel, China, HK and Singapore was awesome and everyone supported each other very well from the front, side and back. When I share my experiences with new coaches, I deepen my own knowledge and practice as a coach too.

Session brought back wonderful memories for me when I started out as a new coach. What I really appreciated about Fundamentals was teaching or conditioning our new coaches how to celebrate failure as part of their learning and growth. Winston Churchill once said, "Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm." So True.

Giving ourselves permission to fail in this context is about not having to sound smart or look good all the time when it comes to our personal learning and growth, this is so critical both personally and professionally. How are you giving yourself permission to fail in this context?

Wishing all these 22 new coaches well and I'm sure their impact will be appreciated by their coachees. Feeling complete as I was part of a great team to Empower HIS leaders in the marketplace. 2 days of Vacation Leave + my weekend were worth it. Thankful for a very supportive family.
