Permission to FAIL

My Coaching certification journey is coming to an end. A new chapter in my life will be written. I'm excited because I'm already making my contribution (and impact) living my life purpose. The transformation I'd evoked and the powerful human beings I'd set free is fulfilling. The path ahead is filled with resonance. Reflecting on my 1.5 yrs journey to become a Professional Certified Coach and I'm humbled with all the FAILures along the way.

Without FAILures, I will not learn.

Without FAILures, I will not stretch.

Without FAILures, my range will not expand.

Without FAILures, I will not discover what I'm capable of.

Without FAILures, I would not have known my Saboteurs.

Without FAILures, my inner Yoda would not have surfaced.

Without FAILures, my life would not have resonance.

Without FAILures, my choices would be limited.

Without FAILures, I would not discover how to 'BE'.

On your way to success, you will have to FAIL.

To FAIL is to embark on your...First Attempt In Learning.

"Failure is, simply, a shortfall, evidence of the gap between vision and current reality. Failure is an opportunity for learning - about inaccurate pictures of current reality, about strategies that didn’t work as expected, about the clarity of the vision. Failures are not about our unworthiness or powerlessness.” -Peter M. Senge, The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization: First edition

So, give yourself permission to FAIL. When you move beyond that FAILure, success would be waiting for you. FAIL well and FAIL strong!
