I appreciate Adam's wisdom on how our values can profoundly impact our lives and contributions. It's essential to recognise that we are not defined solely by our roles; we are more than that. We embody values in both our thoughts and actions.
Individually, our values shape us, influencing our behaviours and emotions often without our conscious awareness. They are an integral part of our identity, representing our true essence and the most authentic way we connect with others.
Our values serve as a reliable compass, guiding us towards authenticity and self-fulfilment. By consistently staying true to our values, we can lead a meaningful and satisfying life.
The impact we make and the contributions we offer reflect how well we honour and live by our values. It is through this unwavering dedication to authenticity that we can genuinely create a significant and meaningful difference in the world.

Think about your favourite movie. What values are conveyed in that movie?
Reflect on activities you enjoy doing for fun. What values do these activities honour?
Explore any secret passions or obsessions you have. What aspects of these passions or obsessions are important to you?
Do you have a hero or heroine? If so, what qualities do you most admire in them?
Contemplate how you want to be remembered. What qualities do you wish to be remembered for?
If you have children, what is most important to teach them?
Consider what you desire at this moment. Why are these things important to you?
